- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We had a delivery problem because the agent on my end in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. used the wrong code. So the package went astray and made its way to the Franklin, NC. instead of to Cashiers, NC. It was re-routed and went to the Greenville Post Office and then back to Franklin, NC probably several times. Finally, the wonderful supervisor, Christie, in Franklin took the appropriate steps and called me to verify that I had sent the package and then forwarded it to the correct post office in Cashiers. As a result, the recipient finally received her package and was very pleased as am I. Thank you, Christie, you are the best and the postal service is lucky to have you.By Myrna Hammersley, July 23, 2017
