- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have yet to have a good experiance with this branch most of the women are rude and treat you like you are beneath them. I came to close my account and they told me to have a seat it will be just a min and someone can help you and I've been here for over 30 min and no one has helped me but a women came out of her office to help the tellers get people in and out but no one wants to help me this is ridiculous! I would not suggest coming to the franklin branch I would go to highlands before here.By Jessica Blanchard, September 21, 2017
